The writer's world is a blank page

When an idea sparks to life

It catches

Flame

But if this

Spark is a

Drop

Of

Water

That drop

Becomes a flood that

Consumes

All

Conscious

Thought.

People might call writers

Lazy

Or

Tired

Or that they have their heads in the clouds

People are wrong

Writers always have their ear to the ground

And imagination in running.

WILD

Imagination is a funny despicable thing

One second

It’s giving you support

the next

it’s chasing

You

Through

Your

Dreams

Twisting, tinkering, twinddeling swindling

them

into

Nightmares.

In a writer’s world nothing is as it seems

A bed

Could be a

Bed

Or,

It could

Be a very

Comfy and cozy
